WELCOME ALL TRIATHLETES & DUATHLETES

Welcome to TriHarderNYC….…

This is a new USAT Tri Club in NYC, with partnerships with gyms, clubs and sporting stores.

TriHarder is a New York City-based multisport coaching environment and racing team. We bring together people who have a passion for the world of endurance sports. Our goal is to provide a training environment that is motivational, multifaceted, step-by-step, and performance enhancing, helping them to develop healthy active lifestyles, and making seasoned athletes faster.
Good, better, best! That’s what all athletes, from novice to elite, aim for!

As you have already arrived at this website you are probably already across the first rung of the ladder – ie you are good! Good for either already participating in triathlons or good for contemplating this phenomenal sport as the direction for you as a novice or a single sport athlete. At TRIHarderNYC our aim is to get you over the next two hurdles – better and best!
Triathlon, by nature, is not a team sport. Often one feels it should be – how much better it would be to have a team mate to take over the discipline you find most difficult – be it the swim, bike or run? However, often the “I” in triathlon stands for I alone. Participating is solitary – and often so is the training. The motivation to continue on length after length in the pool, or Mile after Mile on the road – either running or cycling, often wains and that is where the TRIHarderNYC team can help.

With online training programmes (targeted at entered events), training camps, advice and group swim, run and cycle sessions we are able to help you become the best you can be. The advantages of this form of triathlon training are numerous. You maintain the flexibility to train at times that suit you but with the direction of a qualified coach and the online support of fellow club members. Also, with organised group sessions you have the opportunity to meet like-minded athletes, especially advantageous for novice triathletes as discussing things with experienced/seasoned triathletes tends to demystify the sport somewhat.
